2021 Summer School - Make-up Exam Applications will be made online through the ERU FEAS Make-Up Exam Application System until Friday, September 3, 2021. (Even if 7 days have passed since the reporting period in summer school, all applications will be accepted until the application deadline.)

Students who cannot attend the ERU FEAS 2021 Summer School Midterm exams due to a valid excuse will apply online with a document proving their excuse. Applications of students who cannot present a valid document proving their excuse will not be accepted.

After the completion of the application process, the accepted applications will be announced on our website and the 2021 Summer School - Make-up Exams will be held by the course supervisor between 6 and 10 September 2021. Students who are entitled to take the make-up exam should contact the relevant faculty member.

1. How to login?

Address: http://iibf.erciyes.edu.tr/mazeret/ 

Username: 10 digit student number

Password: TR ID number or 10-digit student number *

* The username and password you use to log in to the ERU İİBF ONLINE TRANSACTIONS SYSTEM are valid for logging into this system.

2. How to use?
   1. After logging into the system, start by clicking the Make New Application button on the main page.
   2. If your personal information is missing, you will be asked to complete this information first. Please complete this information completely and continue the process.
   3. In the first step, enter the information of your report that prevents you from taking the visa exam. Remember, you only had the right to take the make-up exam from the exams held on the days you were on sick leave.
   4. Then, upload your report file where you entered the information. Applications without uploading your official report document will not be accepted.
   5. At this stage, by clicking the Continue button, you should add that course or courses to your list from which course you want to apply for the make-up exam. Please click the + sign at the beginning of the listed courses and add the relevant course to your excuse application.
   6. When the List of Exams you have selected is complete, you can see your application document by clicking the All Added button.
   7. From this stage, you do not need to take any further action, you can follow the steps regarding your application from the Process Tracking section. After your application has been reviewed, you may be asked to make some adjustments. For this reason, it is very important that you review the process tracking section.

Note: Problems that occur on students' personal computers or internet connections during online exams are not a valid excuse. In the 13th article of the rules to be applied in online exams, a warning has been made regarding this issue.
