Rules to be Applied in the 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester - Face-to-Face Final Exams

- The HES Code will be checked at the entrance to the faculty building, the candidates who will take the exam are required to take the HES Code and show it at the entrance of the building.
- It is strictly forbidden to enter the faculty building without a mask.
- Disinfectant will be placed next to the turnstiles at the entrance to the faculty building. Candidates are required to disinfect their hands at the entrance of the building.
- Candidates who will take the exam must comply with the social distance rules outside and inside the building.
- It is strictly forbidden to exchange materials such as pencils and erasers during the exam.
- Candidates who will take the exam are required to have their Exam Entry Document, Student ID with Photo or Student Documents and Official Identity Documents (identity card, passport, driver's license, etc.) with them. Candidates will be able to obtain their Exam Entry Documents with their username and password from the ERU FEAS Online Transactions System (http://iibf.erciyes.edu.tr/online/login.asp).
- No candidate can take the exam at any place other than the class and the desk written on the Exam Entrance Document. The exam of the candidate who takes the exam in a place other than the written class and desk in the Exam Entrance Document is deemed invalid.
- After each exam, the exam hall will be closed to the session, the hall will be disinfected and no one will be allowed into the hall for at least 2 hours.
- During the exam, the proctors will definitely wear masks and use the visors and gloves to be distributed by the Dean's Office.
- Students are not allowed to leave the hall even if they finish the exam within the first 15 minutes of the exam start time.
- Students can take the exam within the first 15 minutes of the exam start time. Students arriving after the first 15 minutes will not be included in the exams.
