2020 SUMMER SCHOOL EXAM SCHEDULE AND APPLICATION PRINCIPLES
1- 2020 Summer School Midterm Exams will be held between 31 August 2020 - 6 September 2020.
2- For the courses whose Exam Form is designated as ASSIGNMENT in the Exam Schedule, the method of assignment, meeting method and timing will be determined by the lecturer. You need to contact the lecturer for your courses, which exam form is assignment.
3- The exams of the courses, in which the exam date, time and duration are specified on the exam calendar, will be held online at https://erciyes-sinav.almscloud.net. To log into the system, your user name is your 10-digit student number, and your password is the first 6 digits of your TC ID number.
4- In online exams;
a) You will only be able to view the questions once. If you answer the question or move on to the next question without answering it, you will not be able to return to the question.
b) The time specified in the exam calendar is for students who start the exam within 5 minutes of the exam time. If you take the exam late, your exam time will be less. (For example; if you start an exam that starts at 09:00 and has a duration of 30 minutes until 09:05, you will be able to use 30 minutes, but if you start this exam at 09:20, your exam time will automatically decrease to 15 minutes.)
5- During the exam, in cases such as opening a browser tab on your computer other than the exam page, or running another program, problems occur in the internet connection of your exam page and your answers cannot be saved in the system. Do not leave the exam page to avoid being victimized. If you leave the exam page, a disciplinary investigation will be initiated against you by examining the log records.
