A) According to the decision taken by our University Senate, the midterm exams for the 2022-2023 spring semester (except for the programs with face-to-face education) will be held between April 26 and May 12, 2023 with online supervision. Midterm exams of appied programs with face-to-face education will be held face-to-face.
B) Students wo do not want to participate in online supervised exams due to technical difficulties and/or personal preferences will be able to take the exam face-to-face during the Make-Up Exam Period if they provide reports for their excuses to their department.
C) Students' preferences for the face-to-face exams to be held between April 26 and May 12, 2023 will be taken over OBISIS (https://obisis.erciyes.edu.tr) between April 14-20, 2023. For the students wo do not state their preferences, their status will be accepted as they will not attend the exams to be held either face-to-face or online. The choices to be made by the students will be valid for all online/hybrid courses (including 2547/5i Pedagogical Formation) that the students take during the semester.
Note: Formation students with Student Numbers starting with 490 are not included.
